David Casey Jr.

Casy’s longtime prominence among San Diego attorneys has been kicked up a notch – this summer he’ll become national president-elect of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the largest such association in the world. The senior partner with Casey, Gerry, Reed & Schenk used his position as vice president of ATLA’s executive board to be a key player in the organization’s moratorium on lawsuits related to the attack on the World Trade Center.

Casey also has been instrumental in creation of what’s called a “superfirm.” His firm joined three other top national firms to pursue high-profile consumer cases against corporate defendants.
