Todd Poulsen has joined the San Diego Chargers as the senior director of ticket sales and service. Poulsen formerly was director of sales for the Los Angeles Clippers. Frederick Schenk has been named secretary of the board of directors of the Civil Justice Foundation. He is a senior partner with Casey Gerry Reed & Schenk.
