News ArticlesSan Diego Metropolitan1 Oct 2004 David Casey honoredDavid Casey, Jr. , past president of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and senior partner with Casey Gerry Reed & Schenk, will be honored with the Daniel T. Broderick III Award at the 20th Annual Red Boudreau Trial Lawyers Dinner Oct. 9 at the Manchester Grand Hyatt Hotel Downtown.
The event chair is Steven M. Boudreau, an attorney and the son of Red Boudreau. The award, named after Dan Broderick, the San Diego attorney shot and killed by his ex-wife in 1989, is presented each year to an accomplished trial lawyer who adheres to the highest standards of civility, integrity and professionalism. Voting are representatives of each of the event's co-sponsors: the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, the American Board of Trial Advocates, the San Diego Defense Lawyers and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers of San Diego. A third-generation attorney, Casey has spent nearly 30 years practicing law in San Diego, specializing in serious personal injury and wrongful death.  |
