LINDA BLAIR CASE MANAGER
Our case manager, Linda Blair, is a lifelong San Diegan. She is a six year veteran of the United States Army where she served as a court reporter from 1973 to 1979. Linda was first hired by Casey Gerry in 1980. When clients first contact the Casey Gerry firm, Linda will often be the first staff member, other than an attorney, with whom they will speak. Linda works with the investigators and the attorneys when we are first meeting with new clients. She enjoys the personal relationships she develops with our clients and knows it is her job to make them as comfortable as possible during the initial stages of investigation.

Linda interfaces between the investigators and the attorneys to make sure cases are properly evaluated. She has distinguished herself as an employee of Casey Gerry by her extraordinary commitment to our clients. Linda always makes the extra effort when she can to help those we represent. Outside of her work, she loves following Padres baseball, crossword puzzles and playing the piano. She recently received recognition by the Red Cross for her extensive blood donations over the years. PAUL FRANCAVILLA INVESTIGATOR
Paul is a private investigator licensed by the California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services. As a lead investigator with the firm, he is experienced in the investigation of wrongful death cases, product liability, premises liability, automobile accidents, and all types of third party actions.

A native of Southern California, Paul has a professional background that includes over 20 years as an account manager for a Fortune 500 company. This background, along with his years of experience in the field of legal investigation, makes him sensitive to the needs of our clients and aggressive in his pursuit of justice on their behalf.

PATRICIA CAMILLE GUERRA INVESTIGATOR
Casey Gerry is very pleased to have recently added Camille Guerra as one of our lead investigators. She holds a degree from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law after attending San Diego State University. She has studied in Hyeres, France, Prishtina Kosovo, where she studied public internal law, and the Eotvos Lorand Law School in Budapest, Hungary.

Before joining Casey Gerry, Camille worked as legal advisor for the San Diego Superior Court and advising litigants with legal advice on all phases of trial regarding their claims in small claims court. Previous to that, she worked as a loss prevention agent and fraud investigator for Nordstrom and was involved in internal investigation, audits, and surveillance. She has also worked as an intern for the Child Protective Services.

OSCAR A. MARTINEZ INVESTIGATOR
Casey Gerry's newest addition to the investigative staff is Oscar Martinez. Oscar is fluent in Spanish and is often assigned to assist clients who speak only Spanish. Oscar has played a crucial role in assisting with the resolution of several of the firm's larger cases. He takes personal pride to ensure each client's case is thoroughly investigated from the onset to provide the best possible service. Oscar enjoys attending various training seminars to learn new investigative methods and is experienced in the techniques used to investigate auto accidents, product liability and premises liability. He is also continuing his formal education with the ultimate goal of obtaining a law degree.
