Casey Gerry Staff works closely with our lawyers and investigators to ensure that we can obtain all necessary information in order to help us in our legal process. Everyone at the law firm is close-knit and is dedicated to helping your recovery be smooth and successful. The staff here is experienced in working with companies, families, and individuals all with unique backgrounds and different practice areas. We are particularly proud of the non-lawyer employees at Casey Gerry. Many of our staff members have been with us for over 20 years. When we represent a client, our goal is to ease the frustration and difficulty one has while progressing through the recovery process. One of the reasons for the longevity of our staff is the family atmosphere we have encouraged, which, in turn, is supportive of the clients we represent. From our nearly 60 years of experience representing injured victims, we have learned it is important to have an immediate and full investigation of a potential case. As a result, Casey Gerry uses three full-time investigators, and a full-time case manager for new matters, to make sure we carefully uncover the facts underlying every potential case in which we are involved. Our investigators are regularly in the field. Casey Gerry’s investigators will travel out to San Diego, Calexico, El Centro, Cathedral City, Coachella, Indian Wells, La Quinta, Lake Elsinore, March Air Force Base (AFB), Palm Desert, Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Riverside, and Temecula to retrieve any information necessary for the case. They go out to the scene of incidents, interview witnesses, take photographs, and gather information to preserve evidence thus making sure that the truth of what occurred is accurately preserved for trial. Once the proper evidence is gathered, our investigators will present their findings to our lawyers in order to best prepare for your case. When one first contacts our firm, one will often find that our first step is to have our investigators meet with you so that we can better gather all the facts to prepare your case for litigation. We believe that early investigation of a case is absolutely critical to properly represent you. That is why we are one of the few plaintiff’s firms in California that has a full-time investigation department with in-house investigators.
