San Diego FELA attorney and senior partner with Casey Gerry, Frederick Schenk, first began representing clients in cases involving the FELA in 1981, and has tried cases in both state and federal courts throughout California. As a San Diego FELA attorney he has represented railway maintenance employees, conductors, engineers and mechanics. He is one of the few lawyers in the United States with extensive trial experience both in FELA and in asbestos and mesothelioma lawsuits. Mr. Schenk has successfully represented many dozens of railroad workers as a FELA lawyer against most of the major freight rail companies in the United States.
