Thomas Luneau, a partner with the firm, focuses his practice primarily on personal injury cases, including automobile and motorcycle collisions, truck collisions and construction injuries. Thomas was a finalist for the Consumer Attorney of the Year 2008. In October of 2009, he is being recognized by the San Diego Trial Lawyers for his outstanding trial victory involving civil rights violations of his client’s son. The jury unanimously found his client’s 8th Amendment rights guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution were violated. He also has significant experience with cases that involve defective automobiles, specifically, defective seat backs, dangerous seat belts, and defective tires. Additionally, Mr. Luneau handles product liability cases such as faulty power tools, mining and machinery equipment, and electrical injuries, dog bites, premises liability (slip and fall cases greater than $500,000) and elder abuse.

He began his legal career at Casey Gerry Schenk Francavilla Blatt & Penfield, LLP after working for the firm as a private investigator for over ten years. His hard-working, straight-forward approach has earned him respect among his peers and high regard from his clients.
Mr. Luneau's special interests include sailing, surfing, camping and hiking. He and his wife Lynn have three children.
