Stephanie Baril

Stephanie Baril, an associate with the firm, focuses her practice on plaintiffs' injuries, products and premises liability, and other serious personal injury cases.  Stephanie received her B.S. in Biological Sciences from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and upon graduation worked for a year as a research associate for a small biotechnology company doing research on plant genetics.  A Los Angeles native, she relocated to San Diego to attend law school at the University of San Diego.
 
As a law student, Stephanie was a member of the San Diego Law Review. She externed for Justice Irion at the California Courts of Appeal, 4th District, Division 1. Stephanie also interned for the California Attorney General's office, where she had the opportunity to argue four cases at the California Court of Appeal.  Additionally, she was a volunteer at the Monarch School through the law school's Pro Bono Legal Advocates.  After taking the bar, Stephanie was a certified legal intern and then volunteer attorney at the San Diego City Attorney's office where she assisted Deputy City Attorneys to prosecute misdemeanors.
 
She loves being outdoors, and spends much of her free time hiking or at the beach.
