Juan Ordaz

Firm associate Juan Ordaz focuses his practice on plaintiffs’ injuries, including auto collisions, wrongful death, product liability, assaults and federal tort claims.

A native San Diegan, Mr. Ordaz grew up in the South Bay and currently lives in Chula Vista.   He is a licensed private investigator through the California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services. Prior to becoming an associate attorney with Casey Gerry, he was the firm's senior investigator, and focused his investigations on the types of claims that he now litigates.

While attending law school, he was a State Certified Intern with the University of San Diego Legal Clinics.  As a member of the Civil and Small Claims Clinics, he enjoyed and excelled in providing pro-bono legal assistance to San Diego's lower income individuals.

Mr. Ordaz is bilingual, and in his role at the firm, works closely with Casey Gerry’s Spanish speaking clientèle.

He spends his free time with his family and friends, and enjoys going to the gym, playing all recreational sports, and riding his Harley and Raptor motorcycles.
